Glutes and abs and core, oh my! Oh yes, this class is dedicated to strengthening and tightening up your muscles. This class will help you tuck everything back in where its supposed to be. We’ll strengthen, we’ll tone and we’ll tighten your muscles using a multitude (yes, multitude) of movements and exercises. So get those hot buns to class and let’s get to work! When weather permits we will be outside at Erin Ridge Park (40 Erin Ridge Drive), when weather doesn’t cooperate we will head inside at NEXT Christian Community Church (140 St. Albert Trail).
