I knew that this was going to work for me. I could bring my kids and there are classes 6 days a week, so I really had no excuses! When I got back in June, I was full fledged. I would attend 5 classes a week. I think the last time I worked out 5 times a week was when I was 16! Then, Body Smarts was introduced to me, and that’s when my lifestyle really changed! Not only was I exercising, but I was fueling my body with healthy foods, that my whole family could eat. There’s nothing worse for a mom who is “dieting” and has to make two meals!
