Join us for Hot Mama’s 12-week run program designed for the beginner/intermediate runner and continues to provide strength training for Mamas who have been running for years! We will meet every Wednesday’s @ 7pm Our goal race is the 5 Peaks Northern Alberta Race 5 on September 28th, in Devon!
What’s cool about our run group? Well, that’s easy: we don’t run at run group! Ha! The first half of each class we will work-out and prepare ourselves to conquer our Run and second half we will have discussions about our training, guest speakers, etc…!
We will train and strengthen the muscles you need for running to ensure your body has the strength and endurance to carry you as a runner. Don’t worry, a run program has been designed and is given as homework. We guide you through run/walk intervals using our safe and effective program to get you to the distance you’re running.

Mission Park, St. Albert
Parking Available near St. Albert Tennis Club or Ecole Father Jan School
For the Half Marathon Training, the first 4 weeks are a 45 Minute Workout focusing on leg & core strength as well as increasing cardio endurance. For the remaining 12 weeks Each Class Consists of 45 Minute workout, followed by a 20-30 minute information session. Join us to educate yourself and train your body to get you from start line to finish line.
