It’s time to get your springtime sweat on! Join us for our 6-week registered Spring Sweat Sesh and start the season off with a bang…or a burpee or two. Each week we’ll check in with one another, share some gratitude and then get right into your sweaty, heart-pumpin’, muscle-burnin’ workout! Will it be a strength workout? Cardio? Both? It will be a surprise every time!!! One thing is guaranteed…You will have a GREAT TIME!!!!
Classes will be held on Thursdays at 1pm from May 24th until June 28th!!
When Weather Permits we will be outside at Erin Ridge Park (40 Erin Ridge Dr), when weather doesn’t cooperate we will head inside at NEXT Christian Community Church (140 St. Albert Trail).
